Product major functions & usage:
Knuckle arms: Stabilize the CVD and front + rear arms in order to assist steering.
Front upper & lower arms: To support front knuckle arms, increase the stability of the vehicle.
Turnbuckle: Assist the knuckle arms to complete the steering process.
CVD: Transfer the power from the motor to the front wheels.

1. Made with a quality light weight high tensile strength aluminum 6061 T6 for greater support and durability, inserted POM collar to minimize any gap so the bearing is able to fit tightly into the knuckle arms for accurate turning.

3. POM is great protection for the bearing from falling off due to friction.
4. Multiple positioning holes for installing the tie rods with this product.
5. Upper & lower arms are made with curved outlines which help to avoid hitting other components and create more space.
6. Delrin collars are inserted to minimize the gap and strengthen the fitting for a smooth and stable drive.
7. Stainless steel balls are inserted and stainless steel screws are used to enhance sturdiness.
8. The fixing method of the stainless steel ball is changed to our special screw-locking design for better security.
9. CVD made by harden steel #45, stronger and great durability to achieve smooth driving performance.
10. Extra duty design from 4.5 diameters to 6.5 so that the transferring force is more powerful and firm.
11. Turnbuckle is made with a strong material stainless steel 304 – more sturdy and not easy to rust.
12. Adjustable tie rod (clockwise or counterclockwise).
